I’m Belinda Kadiyska, a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist inspired to guide others overcome obstacles and express their potential. My practice is grounded in years of personal exploration and professional training, and I’m here to walk with you on a journey toward clarity, resilience, and natural transformation.
A Unique Path to Hypnotherapy
I discovered the power of mind-body practices early in life, beginning with the exploration of the yogic teachings of discipline and relaxation as a teenager. My fascination with these ancient techniques led me to the banks of Ganges in North India, where I spent seven years at a traditional yogic ashram, learning the principles of self-study, discipline and selfless service. Far from social obligations and immersed in a world dedicated to the celebration of existence in its most simple form, I became accustomed to the understanding that there is no difference between in body and the mind, between the inside and the outside; and my honouring one we inevitably influence the other.
At the end of this journey, life opened a new path for me and I moved to London, where I encountered the practice of Chi-Gong. The Chinese system of transformation and acceptance of life’s natural flow and the way of non-resistance became a part of my personal practice.
While the Eastern Arts are not something that I teach in my sessions, they influence deeply the way I participate in life and how I relate to my clients.
Professional Background
My path into clinical hypnotherapy has been enriched by a range of therapeutic techniques. I am a graduate of the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy, where I trained in approaches that bring together the conscious and subconscious minds for deeper healing. In my practice, I incorporate Ericksonian techniques, Gestalt therapy, Timeline therapy, and suggestion-based methods to encourage behavioural shifts that align with my clients’ goals.
In addition to clinical hypnotherapy, I am trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Systemic & Family Constellations, and Human Design, enabling me to work effectively with clients from all walks of life. This comprehensive toolkit allows me to design sessions around each client’s unique needs, whether they are looking for relief from anxiety, help with relationship dynamics, or support in managing physical conditions such as IBS or psoriasis.

My approach is flexible, client-focused, and designed to fit your lifestyle, with sessions available both online via Zoom and in person at my clinic near Crystal Palace, Southeast London.

What to Expect in Your Sessions
The First Step: Free Consultation
Your journey begins with a free 20-minute consultation, where we’ll discuss your anxiety, explore your goals, and answer any questions about hypnotherapy. This conversation is an opportunity to ensure that hypnotherapy feels like the right fit for you.
The Initial Session
Our first full session lasts 90 minutes and includes a thorough exploration of your history, triggers, and challenges. You’ll also experience your first steps into the hypnotic state, a deeply calming process designed to set the foundation for change.
Ongoing Support
Subsequent sessions, lasting 60 minutes each, will build on this foundation. Together, we’ll develop strategies for managing stress, reducing anxious thoughts, and reframing unhelpful beliefs. Each session is crafted to support your progress and provide tools for you to use in your daily life.
